Growing up, Aiswarya, fueled by an innate curiosity, was drawn to the world of construction and design. Her father, Sivakumar, a dedicated government officer at the Central Ground Water Board, and her mother, Ajitha Sivakumar, recognised and nurtured this passion from the early years. Aiswarya’s dream was not just to build structures but to create spaces that reflected a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics.
With the encouragement of her parents, Aiswarya embarked on her academic journey at the prestigious PRS College of Engineering and Technology in Thiruvananthapuram, affiliated with the University of Kerala. Her pursuit of knowledge in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Interiors, laid the foundation for her future endeavors.
In 2017, equipped with a B.Tech degree and a vision to revolutionise the construction and interiors industry, Aiswarya turned her dream into reality. She founded Redwud Construction and Interiors, a venture driven by her commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovative design.
Post-graduation, Aiswarya’s journey was enriched by her marriage to Saimon on August 25th, 2019. Far from being a hindrance, her marriage became a source of additional support, with Saimon encouraging and standing by her side as she navigated the challenges of entrepreneurship.
Over the past decade, Aiswarya has not only built a successful business but has also become a guiding force in the industry. Her commitment to education is evident as she imparts knowledge to students in various colleges, conducting classes on construction and interior design. Aiswarya’s classes are not just about theory; they reflect her practical experience and passion for sustainable practices in the industry.
